As we continue to grow we're looking for an exceptional SFDC Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is data-driven in their approach and loves to develop both people & systems!

Responsibilities:
We're growing & growing fast. This role is key to making sure we do that as effectively as possible

  • Own all things related to sales systems and work with leadership to build out an awesome instance of SFDC
  • Lead on all key insights, analytics, dashboards and reports to enable both the sales teams and senior leadership to understand the health of the business
  • Engage the Sales & People teams to establish a robust training and development program for our sales team
  • Work cross-functionally, especially with the account/success, marketing, and product teams
  • Lead on all monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc data and Market Insight requests

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a relevant B2B SaaS or start-up environment
  • 1-2 years experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Proficiency with third-party applications Excel, Google sheets
  • Proven track record of helping optimize sales in a high growth environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to get things done in a "remote first" environment
  • Affinity with our Mission and Values
