As the People Business Partner,  you will report directly to the People Director to design and implement strategies that drive high performance at an individual and team level and that enable us to attract and retain the best talent.

In this role you’ll:
  • Design effective organisational structures and team practices
  • Identify key capabilities required and implement initiatives that address these gaps through either growing internal talent or attracting external talent
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new joiners both into the business but also into their roles
  • Strengthen our leadership capability through coaching and development opportunities
  • Implement Talent strategies that ensures we grow and retain high potential talent
  • Build a high performance culture that encourages teamwork, inspiration, growth and execution
  • Enhance our remote working practices as we grow into a global employer
  • Be a trusted and professional advisor to the business, in particular, new managers
  • Be the go-to person for all people queries

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a strategic business partnering role as well as strong generalist experience
  • Previous experience working with tech teams (advantageous)
  • Previous experience working in a startup or fast moving multi territory organisation
  • Demonstrated change management and organisational development experience
  • Demonstrated facilitation and coaching skills
  • Able to work in the detail yet able to see the bigger picture
  • Action orientated
  • Business savvy, able to connect business strategy and people priorities
  • Ability to ask the right questions to get to the heart of the problem
