We are looking for an extremely organized, ambitious & mission focused Chief of Staff who will be working directly with the CEO & support the wider leadership team.
If you are an excellent communicator, who likes to make things happen then we have an awesome opportunity for you to play a pivotal role at the heart of our Series A journey.

Support the CEO and C-Suite team during a period of extreme scaling
Be “in the room” to contribute to the leadership strategy & planning processes
You’ll be the conduit for the C-Suite ensuring that tasks, special projects and quarterly objectives are delivered seamlessly
Deputise for the CEO in preparing key information for investors, partners and C-Suite
Own and lead projects and programmes across the business

Work directly for the CEO and be a key part of ensuring we achieve our mission

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent academic track record
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or private equity firm is preferred
Highly accurate & engaging communication skills and an excellent presenter
Analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail and a desire to learn
The ability to travel & to be available across multiple time zones
Mission focused
Highly motivated – likely future CEO, Founder, or Investor
German languages skills are advantageous
